H.E. Mr. Naci Koru, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey visited the Philippines on 27-28 March 2014 to participate in the signing ceremony of the Comprehensive Agreement on Bangsamoro between the Government of the Philippines and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

Vice Minister Koru also called on the Hon. Albert F. del Rosario, Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines on 28 March 2014.

During the visit, the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Diplomacy Academies of Turkey and the Philippines was signed as well.
