As of15 April2014,Philippine nationals who are holders of ordinary passports andhave a valid visa or residence permit of any ofthe OECD or Schengen countriesmay apply for an e-Visa online through “http://www.evisa.gov.tr” for their touristic visits to Turkey.

Applicants can obtain their visas electronicallyby entering the required information. Visa fees are to be paid by credit cards online. Once the application is duly completed, e-Visas will be e-mailed to the applicants. Applicants are required to print out their e-Visas, submit it to the airport and customs officials at the Turkish border gates and carry it with them at all times during their travel.

E-Visas areonly valid for tourism or trade purposes. For other purposes such as work or study,applicationsare to be made through the relevant Turkish Embassies or Consulates.Detailed information is availableon the e-Visa website (http://www.evisa.gov.tr).
