On the occasion of 23 April National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, my colleagues and I, congratulate our fellow junior citizens living in the Philippines and wish them healthy and merry days together with their families. Taking this opportunity, I also wish a peaceful and prosperous future for the Filipino children as well asfor allthe children of the world.
