On the occasion of 23 April National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, Ambassador Esra Cankorur and Embassy Staff spent a day at the “Bahay Maria Orphanage” playing various games with children while listening to Turkish and Philippine songs. Examples from Turkish cuisine were served, informative presentations on 23 April as well as Turkish culture were made and various gifts were handed over in commemoration of the day.
