During Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) restrictions in Metro Manila (NCR+) from 6 to 20 August 2021, the Embassy’s Consular Section will continue to accept visa applications sent via courier services.

Please be informed that only urgent visa applications with a valid reason may be submitted personally. Such applicants are required to make an appointment at least 2 working days prior their appearance via embassy.manila@mfa.gov.tr.
