The practice of filling the “Form for Entry to Türkiye” via the webpage of "register.health.gov.tr" within the last 72 hours before the travel to Türkiye has been terminated by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye. In this respect; there is no necessity to fill up any other form or submit any other document except for the below mentioned:

- Proof of 2 doses of vaccination (listed by WHO or Turkey for emergency use) (1 dose for Johnson and Johnson) provided that the last dose was at least 14 days before arrival and/or a proof of recovery from COVID-19 within the last 6 months starting from the 28th day of the first positive PCR test result,

- PCR test report with negative result at most 72 hours,

- Rapid antigen test report with negative result at most 48 hours.
