In the aftermath of the earthquakes which took place on 6 February 2023 in the Southeast of Türkiye, Turkish authorities are now requesting specific in-kind donations primarily for the items below:

- Container housing

- Mobile toilets

- Mobile showers/baths

- Beds

- Tents

- Blankets

Turkish Airlines Cargo will provide free of charge transport for only the beds, tents and blankets.

The said items above are kindly requested to be new and previously unused, and suitable for the extreme winter conditions.

It should be indicated on the donation boxes that they are for “Earthquake Humanitarian Aid”. Detailed description of content/quantity of shipmentsshould also be specified on the boxes

In that regard, the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye has the honor to inform the public that Philippines Red Cross has now undertaken the coordination of the said donations in partnership with the Embassy.

The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye would greatly appreciate if charitable Philippine citizens, NGOs, companies and organizations could direct their donations of the said item indicated above to the following Philippine Red Cross collection sites:
